HTC says they're willing to talk to Apple to settle lawsuits

So as some of you will know, Apple and HTC have been having patent wars for a while now. HTC CFO Winston Yung said “We’re open to having discussions.” in order to settle outside of court.
Yung also said that “We have to sit down and figure it out,” and that HTC is "open to all sorts of solutions, as long as the terms are fair and reasonable".

The International Trade Commission (ITC) have stated that Apple have violated two S3 graphics patents which is related to compression technology and HTC have infringed on two Apple patents which are related to data-detection and transmission.

So we shall have to wait and see what Apple decide to do. Hopefully this will end soon and then the companies can go back to focusing fully on releasing new devices, I would really like some new kick ass devices from HTC - would be for them them to have the best flagship, take it back from Samsung.
